CC REGISTRATION
The process for registering a CC is as follows:
- You need to provide us with the name that you would like your CC registered as. We suggest that you provide us with more than one name in the event of your 1st choice not getting approved. Also advise us what type of business your CC will be doing.
- Once your name has been approved we will email you the name approval letter. All members will then have to sign a CK1 form and return it back to us so the CC can be registered.
- We will require all members full names, ID numbers, physical and postal address.
- You require an accounting officers consent letter in order to register a CC, if you do not have one then we can provide one for you.
- Once your CC has been registered we will send you the registration documents.
We aim to keep this process as simple and hassle free as possible so that your CC can be registered with the minimal amount of effort from you the client. Unlike other companies we dont make promises we cant keep. If we tell you it will be registered within a certain amount of time then it will be. |
