IMPORT/EXPORT LICENSE

In order to apply for an import/export license the following documents/information are required:

1)   Company details

      Name of company

      Physical address

      Business and Fax no.

      Company documents (CK1 or 2) 

      Vat no. (if registered)

      PAYE no. (if registered) 

      Income tax no.         

2)   Banking details

      Name of bank

      Name of account holder

      Type of account

      Branch number

      Branch name

      Account number  

3)   Member/s details

      Copy of ID           

Letter on the company letter head, confirming the business address and should be signed by the member.

The following information is also required:

• Country that you will be importing/exporting to
• Value of import/export per year
• Type of goods being imported/exported (please note that some goods require a permit as well)
